We are proud to announce the first of many events here at CFT HQ with the completion of our 1km obstacle course loop almost complete. I’d like to get the word out for the first event with your help if possible 💪🏻.

DATE: Saturday 28th of March at 0830

EVENT: 5km OCR (five 1 km laps)

NAME: CFT 5km March & Shoot

OBSTACLES : tyre climbs, 78ft of monkey bars, over & under logs, 50ft camp net crawl, ambush area 1 👀, military mountain 🏔, tyre drag, moguls, ambush area 2 👀, shark 🦈 infested water crossing & paintball range.

PRICES: early birds £25 per person until the 1st March then £35 until closing date 25th March.

INCLUDES: lap/ finish times, photos, teas, coffees, hot chocolates, event T shirt & finisher medal  💪🏻😊

This is open to all fitness abilities. Will be challenging, fun & I’m sure filled with many laughs.

There are limited spaces available so please don’t think too hard, challenge yourself 💪🏻 you won’t be disappointed.
